From point of contact Chris was very responsive and professional. On the day of the booking, Chris updated me on his ETA and arrived promptly at the time agreed. He worked well around my pets and family, in a friendly and efficient manner. The work was absolutely brilliant, I was astounded at the stains he managed to get out including sick and poo from our poor cat! The carpet and chair we had cleaned look brand new and I won't hesitate to contact Chris again. Highly recommend.

Owning a cream carpet and a 6yo is never a great combination but Chris has breathed new life into what I thought was going to result in a new carpet not once but twice and I'll definitely use him again. The equipment he uses is beyond anything you can rent. He also got out lots of greasy finger prints and a red wine strain from the fabric sofa after I'd tried and failed with every cleaning product you can buy in the supermarket. A professional who puts his customers satisfaction above all else. All round top bloke.

Chris has been cleaning the carpets at my place of work for a few years now, he is extremely knowledgeable and takes great care in the carpets, some of which are high value and quite fragile but they always come up beautifully fresh.He’s a real professional, competitively priced and gets back to me really quickly. We wanted to get our stone floors cleaned as they were very discoloured aespecially in the kitchen. Chris visited and caried out a trial in the kitchen. He talked through the whole process and the cleaning products he would use. He was very knowledgable and I was confodent he would do a good job. He arrived when he said he would and worked for hours on the floor (past 6.30pm). He completely transformed it, it looks as if it has just been laid. Would definaltely recommend him and would use agin - I suspect most people in Oxforshire would be charging a lot more than Chris

I’ve used Chris a couple of times, first time was to clean my carpets and then my stone flooring. My dog is in and out of the garden all day so the flooring looked awful but Chris cleaned and sealed it and now it looks good as new, absolutely phenomenal! The carpets are ten years old and have been subject to the same wear and tear and I cannot believe how fresh and clean they have come up. I was so pleased with the quality of work but the price was also incredible, totally affordable and so worth every penny.

Chris did an amazing job with my porcelain kitchen floor tiles. Unfortunately they have become chipped over time, I thought I'd have to replace until a friend recommended Chris. It looks like a new floor and he's blended the chips so well it's unrecognisable.He was extremely reasonably priced, and very friendly. Also, with the current climate, I felt totally at ease with the precautions he has in place regarding Covid. Will definitely use again!

Super professional, reliable & extremely high standard of work. My property had tricky access but Chris overcame that & did an awesome job, 8 year old light coloured carpets looked & smelled fantastic afterwards! Chris came to clean my sofas. I didnt think they were that dirty but I witnessed first hand as he was cleaning them, the difference. They look brand new and still smell fresh a week later. Would highly recommend him, looking for other things around the house to clean, to get him back.Thankyou.

This company did three carpet cleanings in Our house . First 2 times it was good , especially the first one cleaning was fabulous when Chris wanted to make an impression . This year it was not of the same quality . As Chris was in a hurry ( I did not know about it before) he missed lots of places in our house especially under the beds. Very unpleasant feeling when you know how it can be and you trust this person . He promised to come back to our house when I wrote to him that I am not happy with the cleaning quality .He agreed with the complain . I wrote him several times reminding him about us . We arranged a visit which he cancelled due to weather condition and never came back to me since August . Very disappointing experience this year !

Very good service, honest and reliable. Spilt coffee on a carpet and was prepared to see if the stain would come out. It didnt unfortunately, because it was a wool carpet and the coffee had changed the colour of the wool. But couldnt fault the service and there was no charge . Thank you for your help and honesty. CJ Carpet Cleaning came to clean our living room, stair and landing carpet and our faux sofa today - to say we are impressed is an understatement! Chris was great with communication when booking him, arrived bang on time and was so knowledgeable about the type of carpet and sofa he cleaned for us. Just had my carpets and sofa professionally cleaned by Chris. After 2 years of builders renovating my house the carpets and sofa were pretty filthy. I was hoping that Chris would at least brighten things up in time for Christmas and I would replace the carpet in the new year..no need..the carpet and sofas have become like new so I won't need to replace either or them. CJ Carpet cleaning provided an excellent and friendly service. I was impressed by how much knowledge Chris has about carpet structure, which was important in dealing with my wool carpets which have an unusual hessian backing. Chris used an 'environmentally friendly' product which was gentle but effective and left no residues. The results are amazing! My 12 year old carpets look like brand new, clean and fluffier.The price was was very reasonable and the customer service was great too.

Chris came into our family company today to do all the office, stairs and hallway carpets. From start to finish everything was explained in massive detail. Chris is a top guy and has produced amazing results. Do not be fooled by cheaper quotes from people using mediocre machines!

I would certainly recommend this team for cleaning of furniture and carpets, either in the home, business or schools.

Never before have I been compelled to review someone so much as Chris. I moved into a property on Friday that had been heavily neglected and I needed the carpets to remain whilst building works and decorating was taking place. My carpets haven't been cleaned in 3 years and been full of stains from all sorts of pens, crayons, paint, make up, carpet glue, mud stains,and even a massive patch of melted wax.
Not a single stain was left when finished!

Chris came and cleaned the carpets in my entire flat on the 21/09/2017. Not only was the customer service absolutely amazing but also the end results. There was a dark mark on our carpet which my partner had actually tried to use vanish on to get rid of. Chris explained there was a chance that once using vanish it may not remove the stain however he did an amazing job and the dark mark was completely gone!! He did an amazing job throughout the entire flat and the carpets looked and smelled amazing. Chris explained the process and as so efficient and friendly! The carpets looked brand new (even though they are 8 years old) so I was gutted I hadn't got him in sooner to do the carpets as now someone else gets to enjoy the lovely clean carpets!! I'd found him online when looking for someone to do the carpets for moving out of the flat and he was a lot nicer and more friendly and flexible than several other carpet cleaners I'd contacted. 100% would use him again in the near future and 100% recommend him to my friends and family!

Chris came and cleaned my parents carpet for them he explained how the cleaning process worked and explained that some of the marks on the carpet weren't guaranteed to come out but would give it a go and when he finished cleaning the carpet it looked just like a new carpet all the pile had come up and all the marks had disappeared my parents are well happy with the result chris is well recommended if you want your carpets cleaned you won't regret booking it with him great guy and will definitely be recommending him to everyone thanks again

From point of contact Chris was very responsive and professional. On the day of the booking, Chris updated me on his ETA and arrived promptly at the time agreed. He worked well around my pets and family, in a friendly and efficient manner. The work was absolutely brilliant, I was astounded at the stains he managed to get out including sick and poo from our poor cat! Owning a cream carpet and a 6yo is never a great combination but Chris has breathed new life into what I thought was going to result in a new carpet not once but twice and I'll definitely use him again. The equipment he uses is beyond anything you can rent. He also got out lots of greasy finger prints and a red wine strain from the fabric sofa after I'd tried and failed with every cleaning product you can buy in the supermarket. A professional who puts his customers satisfaction above all else. All round top bloke.

We wanted to get our stone floors cleaned as they were very discoloured aespecially in the kitchen. Chris visited and caried out a trial in the kitchen. He talked through the whole process and the cleaning products he would use. He was very knowledgable and I was confodent he would do a good job. He arrived when he said he would and worked for hours on the floor (past 6.30pm). He completely transformed it, it looks as if it has just been laid. Would definaltely recommend him and would use agin - I suspect most people in Oxforshire would be charging a lot more than Chris

I’ve used Chris a couple of times, first time was to clean my carpets and then my stone flooring. My dog is in and out of the garden all day so the flooring looked awful but Chris cleaned and sealed it and now it looks good as new, absolutely phenomenal! The carpets are ten years old and have been subject to the same wear and tear and I cannot believe how fresh and clean they have come up. I was so pleased with the quality of work but the price was also incredible, totally affordable and so worth every penny.

Chris did an amazing job with my porcelain kitchen floor tiles. Unfortunately they have become chipped over time, I thought I'd have to replace until a friend recommended Chris. It looks like a new floor and he's blended the chips so well it's unrecognisable.He was extremely reasonably priced, and very friendly. This company did three carpet cleanings in Our house . First 2 times it was good , especially the first one cleaning was fabulous when Chris wanted to make an impression . This year it was not of the same quality . As Chris was in a hurry ( I did not know about it before) he missed lots of places in our house especially under the beds. Very unpleasant feeling when you know how it can be and you trust this person . He promised to come back to our house when I wrote to him that I am not happy with the cleaning quality .He agreed with the complain . I wrote him several times reminding him about us . We arranged a visit which he cancelled due to weather condition and never came back to me since August . Very disappointing experience this year !

I was impressed by how much knowledge Chris has about carpet structure, which was important in dealing with my wool carpets which have an unusual hessian backing. Chris used an 'environmentally friendly' product which was gentle but effective and left no residues. The results are amazing! Chris managed to achieve the impossible lifting so much dirt out of the carpets and cleaned them to a almost new state that I didn't think was possible. Chris came and cleaned the carpets in my entire flat on the 21/09/2017. Not only was the customer service absolutely amazing but also the end results. There was a dark mark on our carpet which my partner had actually tried to use vanish on to get rid of. Chris explained there was a chance that once using vanish it may not remove the stain however he did an amazing job and the dark mark was completely gone!! He did an amazing job throughout the entire flat and the carpets looked and smelled amazing. Chris explained the process and as so efficient and friendly! The carpets looked brand new (even though they are 8 years old) so I was gutted I hadn't got him in sooner to do the carpets as now someone else gets to enjoy the lovely clean carpets!! I'd found him online when looking for someone to do the carpets for moving out of the flat and he was a lot nicer and more friendly and flexible than several other carpet cleaners I'd contacted. 100% would use him again in the near future and 100% recommend him to my friends and family!

Super professional, reliable & extremely high standard of work. My property had tricky access but Chris overcame that & did an awesome job, 8 year old light coloured carpets looked & smelled fantastic afterwards! His kit leaves them remarkably dry as well which was another great benefit. Would thoroughly recommend.

I would certainly recommend this team for cleaning of furniture and carpets, either in the home, business or schools.

Chris came and cleaned the carpets in my entire flat on the 21/09/2017. Not only was the customer service absolutely amazing but also the end results. There was a dark mark on our carpet which my partner had actually tried to use vanish on to get rid of. Chris explained there was a chance that once using vanish it may not remove the stain however he did an amazing job and the dark mark was completely gone!! He did an amazing job throughout the entire flat and the carpets looked and smelled amazing. Chris explained the process and as so efficient and friendly! The carpets looked brand new (even though they are 8 years old) so I was gutted I hadn't got him in sooner to do the carpets as now someone else gets to enjoy the lovely clean carpets!! I'd found him online when looking for someone to do the carpets for moving out of the flat and he was a lot nicer and more friendly and flexible than several other carpet cleaners I'd contacted. 100% would use him again in the near future and 100% recommend him to my friends and family!

Chris came and cleaned my parents carpet for them he explained how the cleaning process worked and explained that some of the marks on the carpet weren't guaranteed to come out but would give it a go and when he finished cleaning the carpet it looked just like a new carpet all the pile had come up and all the marks had disappeared my parents are well happy with the result chris is well recommended if you want your carpets cleaned you won't regret booking it with him great guy and will definitely be recommending him to everyone thanks again

Chris was great, quick to respond to messages, prompt to arrive at the house and really got the carpets clean. Will definitely use again next time the carpets need cleaning.
